Can I personalise the set?
Yes. You can change the place name and have a short text or logo engraved. Choose Personalise at the top for the available options. Would you like a proof beforehand? Request one before you order.
What exactly do I get?
The set contains two oak and two walnut coasters, with a handy holder.
Can the coasters handle moisture?
They are treated with organic boiled linseed oil, which protects them for normal everyday use. Do wipe up any spilled drinks and never leave them sitting in water. They are not dishwasher safe.

How do I clean them?
Wipe the coasters with a slightly damp cloth and let them dry properly afterwards. Do not put them in the dishwasher and do not get them wetter than necessary.
Rings showing from a wet glass? Wipe them with a slightly damp cloth as well.
Can I choose oak only or walnut only?
Yes. Just mention in the comments that you would like the set entirely in oak or entirely in walnut. Our workshop will take that into account.
Can I combine several cities?
Yes. Let us know in the comments which four cities you would like. Would you also like a specific split between oak and walnut? Add that straight away.

What is the delivery time, and can it be faster?
We make your product after you order it. The expected delivery time is 3 working days.
Need it sooner, or before a fixed date? That is often possible. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] before you order. Tell us the product, the quantity, the delivery town and the date you need it.
Already ordered? Include your order number. We confirm what is achievable first.
What does shipping cost?
You will see the shipping cost at checkout. Within the Netherlands a parcel costs 5 euro. From 50 euro we ship free. For letterbox post and orders outside the Netherlands the amount may differ; you always see the final rate first.
Is there an invoice in the package?
No. You receive the invoice digitally; there is no invoice with price information and no packing slip in the box. Would you like it delivered straight to someone as a gift? You can add a personal wooden card or a neutral outer box if that option is offered with the product.
Can I return it?
A standard, unused product can be registered for return within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your own expense. Products with your own engraving, text or logo are made to your specification and therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal. Damaged or wrongly delivered? Send us your order number and a few photos and we will resolve it free of charge.
How long is the warranty?
Your purchase is covered by the statutory warranty: the product must do what you may reasonably expect of it. Something wrong? Send us your order number, a short explanation and preferably a photo. We will look into it with you and find a suitable solution.
Can I order for my company?
Certainly. For companies, municipalities, schools and teams we make both small and large quantities, optionally with your own logo, name or message. Request a tailored quote; you will usually have a reply within one working day.
