How do I hang the clock?

There is a hanging hook on the back. Use it to hang the clock on a screw or hook that suits your wall. Pick a dry spot indoors and check once it is up that the hands can turn freely.

No. The silent movement keeps time without any audible ticking. Ideal for your living room, workspace or bedroom.

Which battery do I need, and is it included?

The battery is not included as standard. You need one ordinary AA battery. Fit it into the movement on the back and set the time with the small wheel. No batteries at home, or is it a gift? Simply add them while ordering.

Can I choose different hands?

Silver-coloured hands are standard. Black or gold-coloured is available on request. Let us know your preference when you order, or get in touch beforehand if the option is not shown. Add this as a note in your cart.

Do you have other cities as well?

We have hundreds of skylines, so chances are good. See all cities or search for your town at the top. Not there? Send us the place name via WhatsApp or [email protected] and we will let you know whether the design already exists or can be made.

Wood feels warm and natural. Every grain is different, so each piece has its own character. Black looks sleek, oak light and timeless, bamboo lively, walnut warm and dark, and rosewood deep and luxurious. For this product you can choose from Black MDF, Oak, Walnut, Rosewood and Bamboo.

Acrylic has a smooth, sleek finish. Gloss and metallic versions catch more light and stand out more. Available here: Gloss black, Metallic gold and Gloss white.

We make your product after you order it. The expected delivery time is 3 working days.

What does shipping cost?

You will see the shipping cost at checkout. Within the Netherlands a parcel costs 5 euro. From 50 euro we ship free. For letterbox post and orders outside the Netherlands the amount may differ; you always see the final rate first.

Is there an invoice in the package?

No. You receive the invoice digitally; there is no invoice with price information and no packing slip in the box. Would you like it delivered straight to someone as a gift? You can add a personal wooden card or a neutral outer box if that option is offered with the product.

Can I return it?

A standard, unused product can be registered for return within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your own expense. Products with your own engraving, text or logo are made to your specification and therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal. Damaged or wrongly delivered? Send us your order number and a few photos and we will resolve it free of charge.

How long is the warranty?

Your purchase is covered by the statutory warranty: the product must do what you may reasonably expect of it. Something wrong? Send us your order number, a short explanation and preferably a photo. We will look into it with you and find a suitable solution.

The skyline was created in collaboration with Vlieland entrepreneurs and the silhouette comes from the creative brain of an architect, so all proportions are correct.

Choice of wood types

Oak, Bamboo, Walnut, Black MDF and Rosewood: the Vlieland skyline wall clock is available in different types of wood. The types of wood we use are sustainable and have a quality mark. No harmful substances are released during the production of wooden decorations, wood is biodegradable and wood lasts longer. That's important to us! In addition, wood 'works', so the wood finish is different every time. For example, one wall clock has a circle and the other does not. That makes your clock unique!

Ik heb de klok besteld voor een collega die een 40 jarig dienstjubileum bij onze werkgever viert. Ik vind dit zo bijzonder in de huidige maatschappij dat iemand nog 40 jaar bij zijn dezelfde werkgever is. Dat ik op zoek ben gegaan naar een bijzonder cadeau. Ik wil nu geen geld in een enveloppe stoppen. Maar een cadeau met een herinnering. Dat je later als we hopelijk samen gepensioneerd worden en elkaar minder gaan zien. Dat deze jubilaris nog elke dag aan mij kan denken als de tijd om vliegt. Ik heb de klok besteld op woensdag 12 augustus en compleet geleverd 15 augustus. Dat vind ik super snel zo'n persoonlijk cadeau afgeleverd. Op zaterdag 15 augustus werd het door pakketvervoerder GLS bezorgd. Omdat het zo'n kostbaar cadeau is ben ik meteen doorgereden naar mijn collega om het thuis te overhandigen. Collega vond het een prachtig cadeau. Het was echt ontroerend om te zien dat ik de juiste snaar bij hem had bereikt vanwege zijn 40 jarig jubileum. Dus ik helemaal bij dat het zo goed werd ontvangen. Met dank aan jullie TEAM. Kan echt de skyline van de Stad herkennen

Geweldig

Onze klok is heel erg mooi en hangt mooi aan de muur. De service is heel goed. Je wordt netjes via de mail op de hoogte gehouden hoe het met je bestelling is. De klok werd bezorgt in een zorgvuldig over nagedachte verpakking. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dan geweldig.

Hij is mooi hangt al .maar de kleur valt een eitje tegen had wat donkerder gekunt maar hij zal nog wel wat verkleuren van de zon !

Schitterende klok. Een eyecatcher aan de muur. Hele leuke info dmv video's en berichten. Een absolute aanrader vwb de aanbieder als ook het product

De het hout van de klok is prachtig, de gebouwen in de skyline heel herkenbaar, de service subliem. De communicatie om het juiste product geleverd te krijgen was prettig en persoonlijk, nadat op de bevestiging van de bestelling een andere afbeelding stond. De klok werd in één keer de goed geleverd!
De verpakking was heel netjes en gift-waardig… maar wij houden deze mooie klok uiteraard lekker zelf!
