Go for your usual size and check the size chart on the product page to be sure. Lay out a garment that fits you well and compare the width and length; that gives you a far more reliable picture than S, M or L on their own.

Check the material composition listed for the item and colour you have chosen. It can differ per product: some shirts are 100% cotton, while heather colours may contain a blend of materials.

Wash the garment inside out with similar colours and follow the care label. The current shirts should be washed at 40 °C at most. That keeps both the fabric and the print looking good for longest.

Yes. We only put merchandise into production once you have placed your order. The design is printed onto film and then pressed onto the fabric, so it stays put wash after wash. That does mean delivery usually takes a little longer than for products from our own workshop.

Yes — but read this first, because it saves us both trouble. We print your item only after you order; nothing sits in stock.

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. Return shipping is at your own expense, and for worn or washed clothing we may deduct the loss in value. So take your time with the size chart. Torn between two sizes? Message us — that is quicker than a return.

Damaged, misprinted or wrongly delivered? Send your order number and a few photos and we will resolve it free of charge.

Yes. The clothing is made from OEKO-TEX® certified fabric from a fair supply chain. We mainly use Gildan 2000 for the shirts and Gildan 18500 for the hoodies.

In the Netherlands we ship with GLS. They deliver the next working day after dispatch and announce a time slot in advance. Saturday delivery is possible — mention it in the order notes.

Yes, from 5 items for business orders. Business customers get their own ordering platform with its own rates and terms. Request a business quote and we will think along about a logo, name or message.

We add new skylines all the time. Is your city missing? Send us the place name via WhatsApp or [email protected], and we will let you know whether the design already exists or can be made.

We make your product after you order it. The expected delivery time is 5 working days.

Need it sooner, or before a fixed date? That is often possible. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] before you order. Tell us the product, the quantity, the delivery town and the date you need it.

Already ordered? Include your order number. We confirm what is achievable first.

You will see the shipping cost at checkout. Within the Netherlands a parcel costs 5 euro. From 50 euro we ship free. For letterbox post and orders outside the Netherlands the amount may differ; you always see the final rate first.

No. You receive the invoice digitally; there is no invoice with price information and no packing slip in the box. Would you like it delivered straight to someone as a gift? You can add a personal wooden card or a neutral outer box if that option is offered with the product.

A standard, unused product can be registered for return within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your own expense. Products with your own engraving, text or logo are made to your specification and therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal. Damaged or wrongly delivered? Send us your order number and a few photos and we will resolve it free of charge.

Your purchase is covered by the statutory warranty: the product must do what you may reasonably expect of it. Something wrong? Send us your order number, a short explanation and preferably a photo. We will look into it with you and find a suitable solution.
