Yes. You can change the place name and coordinates and, depending on the product, add a short text, a logo or a wooden tag. Choose Personalise at the top for the options available with this City Map.

Choose 40 × 60 cm if you are after a refined eye-catcher, above a cabinet for instance, or in a smaller room. At 60 × 90 cm the streets and details really come into their own on a larger wall. Mark out the spot with masking tape first; you will see straight away which size feels balanced.

Your City Map comes with fixing materials. Always use fixings that suit your type of wall, and lift the map by its sturdy outer edges; the fine streets are deliberately detailed and therefore more fragile.

As standard, the place name and coordinates appear along the bottom of the map. Would you like a different name, text or set of coordinates there? Choose the personalisation option available, or get in touch before you order.

Is your city not among the existing City Maps? Send us the place name and the country. We will let you know whether the map is already in preparation or can be designed as a bespoke piece.

The available finishes are listed at the top of the product page. The current City Maps come in five wood looks: black, bamboo, oak, walnut and rosewood. With natural materials, the colour and grain can differ slightly from the photo.

We make your product after you order it. The expected delivery time is 4 working days.

Need it sooner, or before a fixed date? That is often possible. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] before you order. Tell us the product, the quantity, the delivery town and the date you need it.

Already ordered? Include your order number. We confirm what is achievable first.

You will see the shipping cost at checkout. Within the Netherlands a parcel costs 5 euro. From 50 euro we ship free. For letterbox post and orders outside the Netherlands the amount may differ; you always see the final rate first.

No. You receive the invoice digitally; there is no invoice with price information and no packing slip in the box. Would you like it delivered straight to someone as a gift? You can add a personal wooden card or a neutral outer box if that option is offered with the product.

A standard, unused product can be registered for return within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your own expense. Products with your own engraving, text or logo are made to your specification and therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal. Damaged or wrongly delivered? Send us your order number and a few photos and we will resolve it free of charge.

Your purchase is covered by the statutory warranty: the product must do what you may reasonably expect of it. Something wrong? Send us your order number, a short explanation and preferably a photo. We will look into it with you and find a suitable solution.
