Can I personalise the skyline?

Yes. Depending on the version, you can change the place name and add a short text, date or logo. Choose Personalise at the top to see what is possible for your skyline.

Which size works best?

Choose 80 cm for a quieter spot or a smaller wall, 100 cm as the versatile middle size, and 120 cm when the skyline should be the centrepiece. Mark the width on the wall with painter’s tape beforehand; you will see straight away what works in your room. Or use our brand-new augmented reality tool on your phone and view it in the room — tap "How big is that in my room?" at the top.

How do I mount the skyline on the wall?

There is a metal frame on the back of the skyline. Spread the supplied round magnets across that frame and mark the drill holes. Drill the holes, insert the wall plugs, screw the magnets to the wall and click the skyline onto them. It then sits slightly clear of the wall and you can still straighten it easily.

Can I take the skyline off or move it later?

Yes. You gently pull the skyline off the magnets to clean it or take it with you. The magnets stay on the wall. If you want to hang it somewhere else, you simply fit the magnets again in the new spot.

How thick is the skyline and how far does it stand off the wall?

The material thickness differs per version. The metal frame holds the skyline slightly off the wall; on many versions that is roughly 15 mm. Watch the instruction video to see how this looks.

Does the LED lighting run on a cable or on batteries?

The RGB LED strip runs on three AA batteries, which are not included. You set the colours with the remote control, so there is no visible cable. Switch the battery holder to OFF if you are not using the lighting for a while, as it draws power on standby too.

Can the skyline hang outdoors?

Protect it from rain, prolonged damp and direct sun. Under a dry canopy or veranda is usually fine, but we do not recommend an exposed outside wall.

Do you have other cities as well?

What is the delivery time, and can it be faster?

We make your product after you order it. The expected delivery time is 4 working days.

Need it sooner, or before a fixed date? That is often possible. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] before you order. Tell us the product, the quantity, the delivery town and the date you need it.

Already ordered? Include your order number. We confirm what is achievable first.

What does shipping cost?

You will see the shipping cost at checkout. Within the Netherlands a parcel costs 5 euro. From 50 euro we ship free. For letterbox post and orders outside the Netherlands the amount may differ; you always see the final rate first.

Is there an invoice in the package?

No. You receive the invoice digitally; there is no invoice with price information and no packing slip in the box. Would you like it delivered straight to someone as a gift? You can add a personal wooden card or a neutral outer box if that option is offered with the product.

Can I return it?

A standard, unused product can be registered for return within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your own expense. Products with your own engraving, text or logo are made to your specification and therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal. Damaged or wrongly delivered? Send us your order number and a few photos and we will resolve it free of charge.

How long is the warranty?

Your purchase is covered by the statutory warranty: the product must do what you may reasonably expect of it. Something wrong? Send us your order number, a short explanation and preferably a photo. We will look into it with you and find a suitable solution.

The skyline was created in collaboration with Roosendaal entrepreneurs and the silhouette comes from the creative brain of an architect, so all proportions are correct.

You can order the Roosendaal skyline with or without LED lighting. The lighting has different colors that can be selected with the supplied remote control. This way you have a new ambiance on the wall every time!

The Roosendaal skyline is available in different types of wood: black MDF, bamboo, oak, walnut and rosewood. The woods aresustainable,ecologically andtested.

Wij hebben de skyline van Rome cadeau gedaan aan onze dochter als herinnering voor ons allen van de stedentrip in mei van dit jaar.
Zij vinden het geweldig!
Ik heb de ervaring met die van Amsterdam. Hangt schitterend!
Toch ook maar de bijbehorende verlichting gevraagd en gekregen, moet die nog wel plaatsen, wordt wat later door omstandigheden. Komt goed.

Het product zag er prima uit. Weliswaar heeft het pakket een hele reis afgelegd, omdat ik erachter kwam dat de verzender de postcode foutief op het pakket heeft gezet. Is een slordig foutje , misschien een keer dubbel checken alvorens het pakket mee te geven aan de bezorgdienst.

De adressen worden niet over getypt door onze medewerkers. Dit wordt 1 op 1 overgenomen van de bestelling als zij de bon scannen en als er iets fout is, als het adres niet bestaat dan kan er niet verzonden worden. Ik heb de doorgegeven postcode vergeleken met het adres in Google Maps en die blijken inderdaad niet overeen te komen, denk dat daardoor het pakket naar de verkeerde plek is gegaan. Ik ga op basis van deze situatie nog wel kijken of we een systeem kunnen maken die automatisch controleert of een straatnaam wel bij een ingevulde postcode hoort. Het is een mooie en kwaliteit goede Skyline. Als enig min puntje heb ik toch wel dat de verlichting veel uit het midden was. Hierdoor was de linker kant minder verlicht.

De skyline is echt mooi was voor onze zoon zijn 30e verjaardag eerst dachten we de verlichting doet het niet goed,maar we hadden er te zwakje batterijen in. Nu doet het zoals het moet doen. Hij is er heel blij mee.
