Can I personalise it?
Yes. You can change the place name and have a short text or logo engraved. Choose Personalise at the top to see what is possible for your phone stand.
Will my phone fit?
The stand is 15 × 7.5 cm and fits most smartphones, usually with a normal case on as well. Do you have an extra-thick case, a popsocket or a very large device? Then compare the thickness with the slot beforehand, or simply send us your model and case.
How do I assemble it?
The phone stand comes in two parts that you gently slide together. You need no glue and no tools. Slide straight and slowly, so the joint does not bind unnecessarily.

What can I use it for?
Put it on your desk, table or bedside table to hold your phone upright during video calls, while following a recipe or while charging. A small tablet sometimes fits too, but do check the size and thickness first.
Which versions are there?
We make the phone stand in wood — usually oak or walnut. You can see which versions are available for your city at the top of the page. Acrylic is not an option for this product.

What is the delivery time, and can it be faster?
We make your product after you order it. The expected delivery time is 3 working days.
Need it sooner, or before a fixed date? That is often possible. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] before you order. Tell us the product, the quantity, the delivery town and the date you need it.
Already ordered? Include your order number. We confirm what is achievable first.
What does shipping cost?
You will see the shipping cost at checkout. Within the Netherlands a parcel costs 5 euro. From 50 euro we ship free. For letterbox post and orders outside the Netherlands the amount may differ; you always see the final rate first.
Is there an invoice in the package?
No. You receive the invoice digitally; there is no invoice with price information and no packing slip in the box. Would you like it delivered straight to someone as a gift? You can add a personal wooden card or a neutral outer box if that option is offered with the product.
Can I return it?
A standard, unused product can be registered for return within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your own expense. Products with your own engraving, text or logo are made to your specification and therefore fall outside the right of withdrawal. Damaged or wrongly delivered? Send us your order number and a few photos and we will resolve it free of charge.
How long is the warranty?
Your purchase is covered by the statutory warranty: the product must do what you may reasonably expect of it. Something wrong? Send us your order number, a short explanation and preferably a photo. We will look into it with you and find a suitable solution.
Can I order for my company?
Certainly. For companies, municipalities, schools and teams we make both small and large quantities, optionally with your own logo, name or message. Request a tailored quote; you will usually have a reply within one working day.
