You can't wait for the T-Shirt Hoofddorp to arrive. After you order, we custom-make almost every product just for you. Since we're doing the work for you, this takes a little longer than if you buy a ready-made product.
Delivery time indication
Each product includes an estimated delivery time (below the shopping cart button). This can sometimes be slightly shorter, but it can also be slightly longer. In most cases, packages are shipped on time.

Delivery partner
In the Netherlands, we ship with GLS. They deliver the next business day (for example, if shipped on Friday, delivery is usually Monday; Saturday delivery is possible; please let us know if you prefer). They provide a short delivery window. If you're unexpectedly unable to be there, you can request delivery to a neighbor or a parcel point. This way, you always have flexibility regarding the delivery time.
The clothing can be washed normally and not too hot (maximum 40 degrees Celsius), mixed, but preferably by color. We recommend washing the clothing inside out to preserve the print.

Can I also exchange the clothes?
We tailor our clothing to your exact measurements, so please check the size chart in the product details carefully. Not sure? Feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to advise you. We prefer not to accept exchanges; your satisfaction is our top priority. We're happy to help.
What are the washing instructions?
The clothes can be washed at normal temperature (max 40 degrees) mixed with cotton clothes of the same color.
Which buildings are on
The skylines are carefully conceived and created. We collaborate with locals to determine which buildings are featured. Curious which ones are featured in this skyline? Then check out the product details tab and/or view the image gallery with the building names. That way, you'll know exactly what's included.
What are the dimensions of the skyline?
Dimensions vary per product and are listed in the product details and usually in an image. The exact dimensions may vary slightly, as each skyline is unique.
Will there also be a receipt/invoice in the package?
No, we'll wrap it festively, and there's no invoice included. You'll receive one digitally. A nice addition is our wooden card with a nice personal message.
Do you use certified materials?
The clothing is made from OEKOTEX-certified materials and comes from a fair trade supply chain. The brands we use include Gildan 2000 (shirt) and Gildan 18500 (hoodie).
You don't have my city yet, can you make it?

Can I also personalize the product?

Can I also pick up the clothes from you?
This is not yet possible.

When will my order be delivered?
The products are made for you and this usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
