Dimensions vary per product and are listed in the product details and usually in an image. The exact dimensions may vary slightly, as each skyline is unique.
Will there also be a receipt/invoice in the package?
No, we package it festively, and there's no invoice included. You'll receive one digitally from us. A nice addition is our wooden card with a nice personal message.
Do you use certified materials?
Yes! Our wood suppliers are FSC certified. We also use recycled materials for our plastics.
You don't have my city yet, can you make it?
We're rapidly adding new skylines. Would you like us to design one that we don't (yet) have? Feel free to let us know via the contact page . We'll let you know what's possible.
Can I also personalize the product?
