No, we'll wrap it festively, and there's no invoice included. You'll receive one digitally. A nice addition is our wooden card with a nice personal message.
Do you use certified materials?
Yes! Our wood suppliers are FSC certified. We also use recycled materials for our plastics.
You don't have my city yet, can you make it?
We're rapidly adding new skylines. Would you like us to design one that we don't (yet) have? Feel free to let us know via the contact page . We'll let you know what's possible.
Can I also personalize the product?
On the website, you can easily add a few things, such as engraving text or a logo, or changing the city name. You can also receive a proof, but please contact us first. If you'd like to modify a building or have something completely custom-made, that's also possible. Feel free to contact us.
Can the board also go in the dishwasher?
No, it's a wood product, and eventually the wood will warp or even crack. You can, however, clean the board with a slightly damp cloth.
Can I also pick up the skyline from you?
